Implemenation Services is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurgaon-ASF office/Noida





Lead Specialist Implementation Services(D)




What can you expect?


The candidate in this role will be responsible for calculation programming, data installations, and automation support and testing on various tools during different stages of implementation. This includes the maintenance of updates to existing procedures, policies and manuals as required by the administration businesses. Candidate will be responsible for the completion of all process, procedure, and training related tasks, which form part of an Implementation.

Process reporting and Training
Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
Updation of process documents
Contribute testing efforts of multiple projects from inception to post implementation.
Contribute testing efforts to User Acceptance Testing by executing test scripts and documenting the results.
Able to gather requirements and update the requirement documents.
Responsible for highlight any risk early and escalate if needed.
Performing website testing by comparing the new site to the existing site and documenting the result.
Log and review defects in excel or defect tracking tool (if any).
Learn and understand business specific domain.
Drive the support and adherence of the Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including project estimation, project plans, test strategies, test plan writing, execution, and related documentation
Collaborates with onshore stakeholders to communicate project status, resource needs and escalates issues that may arise to onshore Management team
Management, Implementation & Configuration teams to insure successful execution of projects
Individual should be able to work within a project orientated framework and engage project stakeholders (both internal & external to Mercer) in a high-pressure and complex environment.
Responsible for the analysis of data to successfully complete tasks directed by the project manager and migration lead.
Responsible to provide inputs on the organization initiatives being carried out in teams
Responsible for Resource Planning, Growth of FTEs, Skillset fit
Assist in managing headcount for the span.
Foster an environment of recognition, innovation, and partnership amongst Application Development staff and our business partners
Assist in managing the budget and headcount
Leads the project planning effort with the development or technical lead on the project. This includes input on the estimate of work as well as the number and skill level of resources required
Plans and coordinates project schedules and make assignments for multiple projects
Utilizes his or her experience to help determine the impact to other functions, to anticipate obstacles in delivery.
Create, coordinate, and implement employee mandatory and technical training
Supervises staff including mid-year and annual staff appraisals and performance reviews

What you need to have:




Knowledge & Skills Required:

Sound knowledge of SDLC concepts
Documentation skills for preparing user guides, project manual, issue logs etc.
Automating calculations (Scheme Benefit)
Data Installations (Prepare Load files, Program data installation criterias)
VBA Macro development for process improvements and data interface set-up
Develop/Build Process Maps/Flowcharts
Clear and analytical approach to problem solving.
Hands on experience in Excel.
Good knowledge of Domain
Proficient in VBA/ Excel programming
Knowledge of SQL programming (MS Access)
Excellent verbal and written communication, interaction with others and time management skills.
Participate and create scope document from requirement calls.
Awareness on Project Management methodologies
Should be B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA with experience ranging from 5-9 years
