Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategizing and planning interventions followed byexecution and impact assessment amongst stakeholders.

Work closely with the business team to ensure social licenseto operate.

Planning and implementation of key CSR projects.

Stakeholder engagement both internal and external to ensure sustainable execution of projects in education, health, livelihood etc.

Effective liaison with local stakeholders, media and government authorities.

Preparing structured stakeholder engagement plan and ensuring effective implementation.

Qualification:

MSW or equivalent degree with 3-4 years of experience in CSR function.

Should be fluent in Oriya language
