• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who repair and maintain vehicles, equipment
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
• Follow ICBC guidelines as required
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Prepare production and other reports
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Train or arrange for training
• Estimate costs and materials
• Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed
• Prepare production and other reports
• Also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Work Experience required: 1-2 years of relevant work experience
