JOB DUTIES

Finance group, with a focus on asset-based lending
Tech lending, acquisition, leverage financings, and venture lending

COMPENSATION

Range: $225,000 to $435,000

Licensing

Member of the California Bar

EXPERIENCE

Four to Six years of experience working within a firm with bio tech patents and doing litigation

SCHEDULE

Hybrid 2 days per week out of office
