Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager in the Garment Industry located in Vijayawada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team. You will develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement sales. strategies to achieve targets. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of the garment industry and market trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Willingness to travel for business purposes
