Job DescriptionJob Title: Delivery Manager Location: Mumbai Preferred. Reporting To: Vice President of Solutions. Timings: 3-4 hours overlap with US East Coast to accommodate client and internal leadership based in the US. Summary: We are currently seeking a proficient Delivery Manager with a strong track record in successful delivery of custom application development projects within the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key accounts, managing customer expectations, and ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Directly accountable for the delivery of all projects within major accounts, leading project development teams from start to finish. Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers regarding delivery accountability. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and delivery teams, offering strategic direction and support. (link removed) Utilize Agile methodologies to effectively manage changes and maintain delivery quality, with experience in running projects in a Scaled Agile framework. Proactively identify and address project risks, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with standards. Efficiently allocate resources and personnel, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide progress reports to leadership. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Must-Have Qualifications: Experience in managing US Healthcare Proven experience in managing the delivery of greenfield custom development projects with a team size of 30-50 FTEs. A minimum of 14-16 years of experience in IT project delivery, particularly in IT services organizations. Deep expertise in executing multiple projects using Agile methodology from previous delivery leadership roles. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal project teams. Exceptional customer handling and expectation management skills, preferably with experience working with US-based customers. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Good-to-Have Qualifications: MBA or equivalent professional qualification. Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, SAFe Agile, Certified Scrum Master. Experience in delivering AI/ML projects.
