Job Description

Create, monitor, and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviews Sales experience in Cosmetics preferred. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations To develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing Team To execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities Develop Sales strategies in collaboration with Leaders/ Depots/ Stores to optimize customer campaigns. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence Associate Buyers through exceptional customer service skills. Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to new procedures. Maintain professional customer interaction and be sales driven. Create strategies to develop and expand existing customer sales Ensure timely submission of Trainer Offline Visits report, mentioning. the number of sessions conducted in Stores and the sales achieved through the training sessions conducted. Execute goal specific workshop, during field training sessions.((link removed)
