As a
C

ustomer Order Specialist
youll be the key customer contact and responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with sales and supply chain colleagues to help deliver on our customer service offering and drive process improvements.



What youll do

Managing sales orders up to delivery and to forwarding incl. track and trace.
Managing customer master data
Responding to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.
Managing cash collection (AR) for assigned accounts (link removed)>

Your qualifications


Bachelors or masters degree
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
SAP experience preferred, Excel knowledge preferred
Order Management experience a plus
