Were looking for Application Engineers to join our LED Lamps & Luminaires Application Engineering team in Pila - Kossaka in Poland.

In this Application Engineering position, youll be responsible to delivery technical support toward R&D Product Development and commercial teams of Business LED Lamps & Luminaires. This includes providing local market insights, share application knowledge, conduct application field tests, do competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback. You will also attend some customer visits and support field Beta site tests. You will be actively involved in the product development process to make sure that our lighting products are designed according to application needs.

What youll do


Provide application support to R&D and Project teams, e.g., doing application tests and qualification tests, providing application insights and evaluation. Conducting field beta site tests.

Support marketing, sales, and key account teams by providing R&D and application insights, conducting benchmark tests.

Conduct front-end application studies, identify new opportunity for LED Lamps & Luminaires.

Support customer service via in-depth analysis on field returns and organize technical trainings to internal and external customers.

Your qualifications


Good technical understanding of lighting technology and lighting products. Proficient in lighting application in European market. Experience in LED Lighting product design & development is preferred.

5+ years of working experience in product development, lighting application and/or technical field support in European market.

Clear and concise communication skill and experience. Fluent in English (both oral and writing).

Good organizational and social skills, be a team player, able to self-organize work and priorities.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
