Position: DocuSign Lead Analyst Working model: Hybrid ( at least 2 -3 days /week work from office) You will be a hands-on analytics leader driving analytics for DocuSign's retention and expansion experiences. We are in the midst of transforming the DocuSign digital experience to improve customer experience and reduce friction to achieve customer outcomes. You will use data to shape product roadmap, measure, benchmark, and play a key part in continuously optimizing and enabling key user journeys including, but not limited to, in-product self-service, cancel or save flows, upgrade or downgrade, payments, and product adoption. You will partner closely with fellow analysts, data scientists, product managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey related to various experiences. You will then use this knowledge to analyze performance and identify and size opportunities for growth and improved customer experiences across channels and experiences. You will excel as a trusted advisor, creative thinker, and exceptional problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to structure and navigate complex problems and processes. You can simultaneously think strategically and take a hands-on approach to deep dive into our data to deliver high level or detailed well-structured models and analysis depending on the business need. You will succeed by combining analytical insight, technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate and influence your key partners and cross-functional teams. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Data Science & Analytics Manager. Responsibilities: Partner with a diverse set of cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance and others to inform, influence, and execute product strategy and investment decisions Use data to shape product roadmap, quantify new opportunities, and ensure what we are building brings value to our customers and DocuSign Conduct in-depth data analysis from massive amounts of data to extract useful business insights and provide recommendations Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions Apply business acumen and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches to identify areas of opportunity, size potential impact, forecasting, and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends Own experimentation roadmap for retention and expansion experiences; identify and prioritize opportunities, write test charters, analyze experiment results, and provide recommendations to stakeholders Also please let me know the below details: Full Legal Name: Phone: Email: Availability: Expected least Rate: Number: Visa Status: Last 5 digits of SSN: Skype ID: : Current Location: Willing to Relocate: Linked IN URL: References:
