Business Development Specialist (Revere, MA): Collect and analyze data on Mediterranean restaurant’s customer demographics, preferences and eating habits to identify potential factors affecting sales and demand. Measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising programs and strategies. Balance proven marketing strategies to drive predictable growth. Gather data on competitor restaurants and analyze their prices, sales, promotions, and method of marketing. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Manage and create content strategies for restaurant’s website and social media accounts. Recommend price adjustments, promotions, and new menu items to management for expanding restaurant’s customer base.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience as Business Development Specialist, Marketing Specialist, Sales Supervisor, or related position. Experience in evaluating strategic marketing initiatives. Experience in developing procedures for identifying marketing and advertising needs. Experience in conducting research on customer opinions and marketing strategies. Experience forecasting sales trends in food service.
