Monitor and manage inventory levels of perishable and temperature-sensitive products within the cold storage facility. Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Ensure that products are correctly selected and packaged to maintain their quality during transportation and distribution. Implement quality control processes to verify storage preserves of products. Perform inspections to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal reporting. Identify potential risks in the cold chain, such as temperature fluctuations, equipment malfunctions, or supply chain disruptions. Develop contingency plans to address these risks and prevent potential losses. Continuously assess and improve logistical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Identify areas for optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations. Supervise and manage a team of warehouse and logistics personnel. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure that team members adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Requires at least two years of experience managing logistics within the food industry.
