Job Duties:

•Ensuring that new and existing SaaS products are effectively advancing to address growing market demand, competitive threats and needs identified by user segment;
•Investigating and assisting SWBC with implementing Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform to complement its current payments capabilities;
•Collaborating with leadership on the creation of the product roadmap;
•Executing on company’s strategic vision and corporate initiatives;
•Creating the product roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams in the execution of the product roadmap;
•Operationalizing Six Sigma techniques to promote greater efficiency in workflows and processes;
•Performing market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities;
•Performing data modeling to measure the success, impact, and results of a payment product or a feature in relation to the goals and objectives of the Business Unit;
•Using data and metrics to inform product decisions, and using business intelligence reporting tools to report on same;
•Engaging with users to gain critical insights into their pain points and their ideals;
•Applying creative thinking to design solutions based on insights and market research;
•Converting solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
•Managing feature sprint, epics, and product-level iterative life cycles;
•Produces supporting technical documentation for a variety of stakeholders;
•Collaborates cross-functionally to address stakeholder needs and concerns;
•Assisting, creating and updating playbooks for migration, beta, pilot, sunset, and release;
•Articulating feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams; and
•Influencing, guiding, and helping execute version releases and go-to-market plans.

Job Requirements:

•Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field and 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field and 5 years of progressive experience, in the job offered or a related role working within an Agile (Scrum) environment in the financial services or banking industry managing SaaS-based payment products and services and with implementing Six Sigma techniques;
•3 years of experience performing data modeling and with payment technology product-level iterative lifecycles;
•1 year of experience with payment technology product pricing strategy and with ACH and Card payment technologies;
•1 year of experience with business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI or Domo);
•1 year of experience with either Visio or Lucid charts for creating diagrams or flow charts.
•Company headquarters is located in San Antonio, TX, but telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
