Physiatrist: Westchester Medical Center Advanced Physician Services, P.C. (Valhalla, NY) seeks Physiatrist to develop an active outpatient musculoskeletal and sports medicine practice in rehabilitation medicine for the care of patients with musculoskeletal-related pain and injuries, neck and back pain, and chronic pain disorders. Provide clinical services that include peripheral joint injections including intra—articular, tendon sheath and bursa, botulinum toxin injections, musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided procedures including tenotomy, prolotherapy, steroid injections, Toradol injections, hyaluronic acid injections, and electrodiagnostic studies. Provide inpatient coverage in 18-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit. Participate in weeknight and weekend on-call coverage of the Inpatient Rehab Unit on a rotating basis in general proportion to the number of physicians in the department. Supervise and train medical students and residents rotating on service. Requirements: U.S. Medical Degree or foreign equivalent (e.g. Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery). Applicant must have Active New York State medical license or eligibility for same, and must have completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine. Salary ranging from $174,304 - $275,000.
