Lead the design, development, and implementation of multiple applications, including ensuring compliance with development, security, and operations practices and policies. Identify gaps in requirements and solve problems, including leading risk evaluation, risk mitigation, and analysis of software testing data. Support the Project Manager, including identifying clients’ requirements to formulate the system design and alternative options. Oversee technical resources and identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer, and stakeholder needs to translate them into technical requirements. May be relocated to unanticipated sites around US; May telecommute from any location in the US.
96 months of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related. Must have 8 years experience (simultaneous and concurrent) in software design and development, software test and evaluation, or management of software requirements and in utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, Angular, Bootstrap, Angular Material, Java, Restful APIs, AWS, Azure, OIDC, MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library), GitBash, GitHub, LWC Middleware, MonoRepo, PVD (Providence), or Oracle SQL.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related/foreign equivalent
