Job description:

You will be involved in supporting the introduction and development of automation technology including AI at customer sites.

Listen to and understand customer issues and needs.
Understand the customer's business flow and existing systems.
We perform implementation and development tailored to business flows and existing systems.
Perform tests and modifications.
We provide post-implementation support and follow-up.
You can also work on projects that utilize AI technology, such as the introduction of facial recognition systems and big data analysis.

Project example:

Development of management support systems using Python, Mongo DB, Angular, etc.
Big data analysis of EC sites using Python, Mongo DB, Angular, etc.

Salary: Annual salary starting from 3,000,000 yen. Preferential treatment depending on skills and experience.

Various allowances: Overtime pay, position allowance, commuting transportation expenses (fully paid)

Trial/Training: There is a training period (3 months). Employment conditions are the same as at the time of recruitment.

Work location: Tokyo

Qualification requirements:
Over half a year of system development experience
Japanese business level N2 or higher

Welcome requirements:
Those who have skills in Python, Java, PHP, .NET, etc.
Upstream process experience such as customer negotiations and requirements definition
Team management experience

Those who have good communication skills and are cooperative.
Individuals who are independent and proactive and can work for long periods of time
Those who want to contribute to the growth of the company by improving their own skills

Working hours: 9:00 18:00 (regular working hours, 8 hours). It may vary depending on the project.
