CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draws conclusions from reading/reviewing medical records, and then writes corresponding case- notes which highlight the key-points.

Utilizes established guidelines and internal protocol to determine if client meets medical eligibility criteria based on review of medical records and client psychosocial history.

Applies knowledge of aging process, activities for daily living and medical conditions to written case-notes.

Justifies medical eligibility recommendation through written narratives which summarize clients current situation, limitations and needs.
