Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Henderson, NV
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Henderson, NV. We are looking for a provider who can join us part-time to start with the potential to increase to full time as the patient base increases. Our ideal PA/NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and joint injections (mainly knee and shoulder). We have two offices, located in Henderson and Las Vegas, and the incoming practitioner will be covering both clinics.

We employ the latest forms of integrative medicine techniques, to free patients from debilitating pain, encourage healing and mobility, and help regain an active lifestyle. We offer patients relief from chronic pain conditions, including arthritis and sciatica, and persistent pain in the knees or lower back. We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including a physician, advance practice provider and amazing support staff.

Duties:
Patient exam/evaluation- intake of new patients (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
Order and review tests/labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
Manage patient care
Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections (PRP)
Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Attend staff meetings

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
PA/NP license in NV
Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
Experience with joint injections a plus

Compensation:
$70-$80 per hour (DOE)
