The Solutions Consultant / Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing client processes and identifying how the technologies can be most effectively deployed to meet their needs. This position is ideal for a highly analytical individual with outstanding communication skills, who thrives on building relationships and presenting strategic solutions across organizational levels.

What You ll Do:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes to identify opportunities for technology implementation.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop and present custom solutions to clients, demonstrating how our technology can address their specific challenges.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing ongoing support.

- Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our technology offerings.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating the value proposition of our solutions.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to continuously refine and improve our solution strategies.

- Driving Sales

What it Takes:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive presentations.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Experience in a fintech environment or with financial software solutions is nice to have

- Understanding of sales processes and strategies in a technology-oriented environment.

- Prior experience in a consulting role, especially within a management consultancy or technology consultancy would add value

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

- A proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies.
