Must haves: Educational Level and Focus: Bachelors degree in human resources with 2 years experience in a similar role; or equivalent/comparable work and educational experience to perform the Job.
Years and Type of Related Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of related human resources, payroll, and benefit administration experience.
What you will do: -Coordinate administration of human resources policies and personnel systems for UGSC (USA) and UG Mexico, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. -Report to the Director of Employee Benefits & Wellness and oversee human resources activities including employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, record keeping, safety, and employee services. -Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. -Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. -Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization. -Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee employee wellness programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment. -Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns. -Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives related to human resources.
