PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Review a proper definition of scope Understand all contract conditions Review and control overall production schedule (milestones are established to enable proper control of the progress of the project.) Monthly review cost forecasts for each project and each TCN Cost control including the material cost and labour/staff cost Organize the weekly review meeting with quality Dept and production Dept Monthly review the progress of an individual project at the Project Review meeting held between the Manufacturing Group and GEO/GGG Engineering. Communicate all changes in scope from GEO/GGG Engineering to the Manufacturing Group Receive all detailed instructions, drawings and requirement from the GEO/GGG Project Manager and distribute all related documents to the related department. Communicate any changes in programme expected, whether these be caused by late engineering, late delivery of material from vendors or slippage within the Shops. Familiarity with relevant national & international Design codes & standards Familiarity with company work procedure Familiarity with SAP system Well communicate with the function team, quality Dept and production Dept
