The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all activities related to PGG Transfill are executed in a safe manner according to AP guidelines, procedures and best practices so that in general this builds up the AP safety culture.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To perform cylinder & dewar filling activities.
To ensure analysis are carried out based on the product requirement.
To load and unload cylinders & packs to/ from trucks
Prepares delivery schedules for distribution and walk-in customers.
Responsible for SAP transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activities.
Take proper care of plant inventories e.g. cylinders, tools, fittings, hoses & etc.
To carry out plant maintenance for plant equipment
To ensure Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed during refilling activities.
To ensure safety requirements are followed in the plant, including for customers and visitors.
To assist internal & external audit and to comply to all the operating procedures.
To assist in customers complaints investigation
To escalate any operation issues to superior.
To perform other duties as directed by superiors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum with SPM qualification
Preferably 1 year experience in plant operations
Basic knowledge in MS Windows Office
Possess good oral and written communication skill.
