Job Description

Your key responsibilities:
Analyze: Collaborate with product owners / product managers / Client success managers to comprehensively analyze customer needs. Design: Create an innovative, scalable and secure technology solution that meets customer needs. Build: Develop the most challenging and crucial part of the technology solution. The code should be adhering to Rently coding standards, clean, high-quality, high-performance and maintainable. Leadership: mentor and guide our junior team members. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback. Continuous improvement: We are always looking to do things better, so you will be encouraged to identify and take on projects in this direction
Skills Required
3+ years hands on experience in Ruby Rails. Proven experience in developing large scale web applications with Ruby on Rails and related technologies. Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Ability to provide thought leadership, organize, and prioritize work PostgreSQL expertise GIT or other source control
