Sourcing candidate through various channels like naukari, LinkedIn, job boards etc
Conducting initial interviews and setting candidates expectations
Developing and maintaining the candidate database as valuable assets of the company
Developing and managing customer and candidate relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Managing the recruitment and selection processes by liaising effectively with the customer, candidate, and internal team
Monitoring applications/responses received and making sure that candidates applications are processed efficiently
Placing suitable candidates successfully to customers
Seeking the best talents by implementing networking, headhunting, ad posting, and other strategic methods
