Job Role and Responsibility : Sales Head
Role Summary:
Looking for a dynamic leader who is brilliant in people management and sales and who
wants to flourish in a competitive environment selling Residential Property to individual
clients & investors.
Job Responsibility:
- Ability to build a strong sales team
- Monitor teams productivity to meet customer satisfaction
- To identify best practices in team through regular review and valuable feedback process
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet annual sales goals
- Lead by example and motivate sales associates and leaders to provide outstanding
customer service
- Responsible for managing teams schedules and vacations
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
- Need to have clear co-ordination with management regarding the process
- Developing sales strategies and increase business opportunities
- Conducting regular training and weekly reviews for team member
- Giving information about projects, customer follow-ups and detailed market survey
- Resolving team grievances
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream; MBA is desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
- Must have worked in Core Thane Market for more than 2 to 3 years
- Must have experience in team handling of 15 to 25 people
- Ability to groom and handle sales leaders
- Proven leadership abilities and an ability to share your knowledge and learning
- Must have experience in business strategy and market research
- Good knowledge of MS outlook/Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
