Responsibilities:
Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute the company's vision and strategy
Drive the growth and expansion of the company, leveraging your experience in building successful fintech ventures
Lead the development and implementation of innovative financial products and services
Build and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and other key stakeholders
Oversee the overall operations of the company and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Foster a strong company culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully building and scaling wealth/fintech companies
In-depth knowledge of the wealth/fintech industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and disrupting the financial industry
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong business acumen with experience in financial planning and budgeting
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
