Job Duties:

Responsible for collaboratively improving and building the company’s technology solutions. Builds innovative, forward-thinking technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert and is responsible for building bridges between technical and business teams. Serves as a liaison and bridges the gap between business groups and development teams by gathering, analyzing, and refining business requirements. Works with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Defines the vision of the product and creates a product roadmap based on this vision. Manages backlogs and priorities based on changing requirements. Responsible for translating business requirements into Epic’s, features, and user stories for both internal custom platforms and SaaS solutions. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, business teams and executives. Assists in leading stand-up’s, grooming sessions, removing blockers for development teams, and prioritizing with product owners. Creates UAT test cases, performs testing, and participates in go-lives.

Minimum prerequisites: bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any engineering or technology field, or related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of software development, analyzing requirements and User acceptance testing experience.
