Well with applying to one of our entry level positions we are looking for people who are striving for leadership and growth. Our model is leadership driven where we bring someone in and train them from the ground up. All of our promotions are internal and merit based so if you’re hired, you don’t need to have a certain degree or background to receive promotions.
