Staff Accountant (Silver Spring, MD; Montgomery) Oversee collection and recording of monthly rental income including online ACH and credit card payments to minimize bad debts and maintain cash flow. Prepare general ledger entries and reconciliations for monthly and year‐end closing of books of accounts. Bachelor's or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business with a concentration in Accounting/Finance, or closely related field. Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Macros, and Excel Pivot Tables. Must have knowledge of Accounting Principles and practices.
