Compensation: $17.00/hour, and 40 hours per week.
Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and lead retail staff.
• Schedule shifts, manage staffing levels, and assist job duties.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train staff on effective customer service techniques.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain effective communication with higher management, suppliers, and frontline staff.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise within the store.
• Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure the store operates within budget.
• Prepare reports including sales, inventory and personnel matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Enhance the arrangement of merchandise displays to attract customers more effectively.

Requirement:
• A high school diploma is required.
• Post secondary education will be an asset.
• 2 years retail sales experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience will be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills
