WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Software Project Manager for its client based in Muntinlupa City in a HYBRID WORK SET-UP

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Information Technology or related field. - At least more than 5 years proven working experience in project management related to software development and turn-key projects; - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; - Strong written and verbal communication skills; - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills; - Knowledge & experience on Project Execution Model (PEM) is a plus; Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Project Management / Scrum certification is a plus; - Proven leadership and motivation skills; - Willing to work on flexible time.
Duties:
- Coordinate and work with the stakeholders in defining project targets, expectations and commitments; - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget; - Work with Technical and Resource Managers to ensure resource availability and allocation; - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and report to Management; - Submit quarterly comprehensive reports on all project implementation and budget status. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; - Manage skillfully the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; - Carefully plan and identify risks involved in a project to minimize risks; - Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis; - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project; - Manage project team and delegate tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels; - Drive successful project completion and ensure quality of deliverables; - Provide incident management and support project team for the duration of the project. - Others related task assigned from time to time.
