As a UI/UX Developer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across
our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our product manager and developers to
understand user needs and translate them into seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate is
passionate about UX/UI design, stays updated on the latest design trends and best practices, and thrives
in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and
frameworks/libraries like React or Angular.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
Must be familiar with pixel-perfect adjustment (link removed)> Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction is a plus.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Create responsive HTML using HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap/SCSS technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product
direction, visuals, and user experience.
Translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using front end technology.
Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design
roadblocks, and research new technologies trends and hacks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively
communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
