Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of ABAP experience
- HCM Experience preferred
- Fiori Experience an advantage
- Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML..
- Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services
Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web based business process as a service application solutions
- The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simpler manner
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A strong understanding of the business
- Team working and team management experience
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with teams in different locations
