WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Relationship Manager for its client based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

This is for direct hiring and for a role.

Job Requirements:

- With at least 3 years experience in Project Management, Business Development or Sales.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or any related course
- Has proven effective analytical, organization and coordination skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure sufficient sourced properties by building, maintaining and enhancing relationships with Financial Institutions & private developers.
Maintain relationship to the Financial Institutions and Developers by means of constant communication.
- Conduct the following activities in respect to the assigned institutions:
a. Sourcing of properties

b. Sourcing of acquisition sources

c. Building and nurturing business relationships

d. Assessment of properties following the acquisition guidelines.

e. Conduct market studies, competitor studies, industry studies and political due diligence.

- Recommend department improvements regarding procedures and processes.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
