Help improve Senior Living Communities in your local area! Consultants for Long Term Care is seeking Mystery Shoppers interested in conducting occasional service evaluations of upscale senior living communities. This is a self-employed Independent Contractor opportunity, often called gig work. It is not W-2 employment or a permanent position with ongoing work or set hours. We are currently seeking numerous professionals who want to earn some occasional extra money who live in/near these locations:
Other locations in Massachusetts include: Acton, Agawam, Billerica, Brighton, Centerville, Chelmsford, Danvers, Framingham, Franklin, Hanover, Haverhill, Leominster, Lincoln, Mansfield, Marlborough, Newton, Newton Centre, North Andover, North Attleborough, North Chelmsford, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Shrewsbury, Walpole, Waltham, Wilbraham, Woburn, Worcester
We also have locations in CT, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT.
Using an assigned scenario, you'd visit the communities we select, saying you are seeking accommodations for a family member 75+ years old who needs basic assistance, meals, transportation, and socialization. Some scenarios include the loved one having dementia or requiring healthcare. You'd call/tour each assigned community, complete separate online questionnaires sharing your experience and opinions, and scan/upload copies of collateral materials.
The assignments require the evaluation of one community from the list of cities above, plus 1-4 of their local competitors. The pay is $125 per location. If you are selected for a two-location assignment, your pay is $250; for three locations, $375; for four locations, $500; for five locations, $625. Evaluators who show excellence in their work are eligible for multiple assignments! We have some evaluators who perform one assignment per year and others who perform one a week. It's up to you!
The calls and tours must be completed on non-holiday weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service Evaluators must have basic computer skills and the ability to scan documents, saving as a PDF, and upload them to an online questionnaire.
