Job Title: BFSI Facilitator

Location: Pan India

Educational Qualification:

- Candidate must hold a minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Experience in the BFSI Sector:

- Must have experience working in the BFSI sector, preferably in sales or training roles.

Sales Background:

- Experience in sales is mandatory for this role.

Overall Experience in Sales and Training:

- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Sales and Training, with a strong understanding of the BFSI sector.

Presentation Skills:

- Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with clients.

Age Limits:

- Age should not exceed 45 years.

Training Delivery Experience:

- Previous experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars is required.

Training-Related Certification:

- Holding relevant certifications in training will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on various BFSI products, processes, and regulations.
Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify training needs and create customized training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content relevance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to support training initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of BFSI products, services, and market trends.

- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.

- Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure performance metrics.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other training tools/software.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.

- Certification in training or related field is highly desirable.
