Performing display window and pre-pack cutting tasks.
Providing excellent customer service
Breaking down pork, chicken, and lamb carcasses.
Undertaking general butchering duties including mincing, sausage-making, and value-adding processes.
Conducting general daily cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.

Wholesale Butcher Responsibilities:

Demonstrated experience in portioning and order cutting.
skilled in pork carcass breakdown and trimming.
Skilled in slicing and dicing primals for wholesale distribution.
Performing general butchering tasks such as mincing, sausage-making, and crumbing.
Fulfilling general daily cleaning duties to ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
