Lead Technical Managers (multiple positions available) to work with the CEO to define and lead product execution strategy for multiple areas of products and platforms. Build and train a team of engineers during our period of growth while forging tight partnerships with cross-functional leaders (sales and marketing) to understand customer requirements. Demonstrate an ability to structure an organization and optimize it for execution, including attracting and hiring top-tier talent and filling out gaps in the existing team quickly to accommodate growth. Apply Software Quality Assurance Testing methodologies, write enterprise level secure applications by integrating user permissions in an Angular/React application and quality test cases that cover all edge cases using JS testing tools like Jest and Karm. Develop and maintain software systems using communication and collaboration tools including Google Meet, Slack, and Jira and work with cloud-based apps including Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD. Manage from the front, prioritize, and drive the bigger mission forward by translating vision into results by developing systems, solutions, and products using TensorFlow, GCP, various IDEs and version control systems. Manage, mentor, and grow the existing team members by leading a team of engineers and conducting design & code reviews and providing feedback on code & design changes using tools including Gerrit and GitHub. Write in Python frameworks reusable JS modules for generating applications including JavaScript SDK Shopify Apps, and NPM packages using Object Oriented Programming techniques; building HTML templates using Content Delivery Network for reducing latency across the world. Serve as an evangelist for the team and overall culture, both internally and externally. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products using Analytics platforms (GA, SalesForce, etc..), client data resources (AWS/GCP/AZURE/server/etc.) and technologies including TensorFlow, TPUs, Kubernetes, Docker and Apache Beam. Understand Jarvis MLs strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. May Telecommute. Will travel 5% US & Intl to meet with team members and customers.
Experience must have included Leading a team of engineers and conducting design & code reviews and providing feedback on code & design changes using tools including Gerrit and GitHub; Developing and maintaining software systems using communication and collaboration tools including Google Meet, Slack, and Jira; Experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products using TensorFlow, GCP, various IDEs and version control systems; Use of technologies including TensorFlow, TPUs, Kubernetes, Docker and Apache Beam; Writing enterprise level secure JS applications by integrating user permissions in an Angular/React application; and Use of cloud-based apps including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Requires Masters (or educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field and three (3) yrs. experience in job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, will accept Bachelors (or educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field and five (5) yrs. (post-degree, progressive) experience in job offered or related occupation.
