As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our company, providing support and assistance to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, orders, inquiries, and technical support.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and understanding, aiming for first-call resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
