Mortgage Loan Originator Jobs- Texas - 275bips 1099

Job description
US Mortgage Lenders LLC is hiring remote Texas Mortgage Loan Originators with a track record of honesty and integrity. We are a highly established Texas mortgage company hiring self-sufficient Texas mortgage loan originators to market our unique loan programs and specialized services for the highest 90% of 275 bips payouts on 1099. We respect our loan originators independence and encourage them to work remotely while giving them access to our 100+ lender systems and processes and daily 10AM Zoom training and support meetings. We provide daily new loan officer training while paying the highest commissions in the industry. Dual Agent Realtors + Mortgage Loan Originators Welcome!

We are currently seeking to expand our team with goal-orientated and client-focused individuals. If you are a Mortgage Professional or striving to become one, we would love to talk to you.

Requirements: -

Must have MLO license in the State of Texas

Must be a team player. We work at a fast pace, which requires all parties to be proactive and work together.

Must be willing to learn. We do not follow the industry standard, and never will.

Responsibilities: -

Provide efficient, accurate, and trustworthy service to clients.

Complete thorough client interviews and loan applications.

Review and verify financial information provided by loan applicants.

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any questions.

Properly structure loans and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.

Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all privacy regulations.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation requirements.

Ability to connect with clients.

Ability to properly calculate income, structure loans, and identify best options available based on client scenarios.

Knowledge of LOS, Windows, Microsoft, and AUS. Familiarity with banking industry terminology and practices.

Please note that this is a 1099 commission-based position. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
