Job Description

Job Description : Lead UI Developer Primary Skill (Mandatory) : React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Secondary Skills (Good to have) : Next.js Experience : 9 - 13 years of experience Key Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and skilled ReactJS Developer with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript. The main responsibility will be to develop and maintain React-based web applications, prioritizing performance and user experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js, including hooks, and its core principles. Good to have experience with Next.js features such as Static Site Generation (SSG) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Experience working with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Yarn, NPM, ESLint, and others. Should be proficient in writing automated unit tests using Jest. Design and implement solutions that meet business. requirements while adhering to performance best practices. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance, with end-to-end feature development and complete ownership. Provide technical coaching and mentoring to junior associates within the team. Review functional requirements and provide technical feedback on feasibility, architectural approach, and framework. Collaborate with middleware engineers to deliver high-performance web applications. Experience in release management and version management tools (e.g., GitHub, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.). Experience with web services, including consuming or creating RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs. Use Agile Development methodology.
