Role & responsibilities

Site Civil And Structural Engineer

• Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organizational and legal requirements.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time during execution. Produce ITPs and Task Briefings
• Support site Planner for Weekly / Monthly look ahead in conjunction with the Site requirement. Timely handover of works and Quality records without outstanding defects.
• Production of accurate records, drawing registers and weekly Reports. 3] 3. Verify and certification of the measurement for Contractor / Sub Contractor Joint measurement sheet.
• Submission of Monthly Progress Bill to Client for Certification based on actual work completed

Site E&I Engineer

• Planning, controlling and execution of all Instrumentation erection activities, commissioning of instrumentation and control system within the Project schedule.
• Contractor bill checking and its certification.
• Material reconciliation.
• Plan day to day activities, manage manpower as per work priority.
• Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key stakeholders.
• Identifies construction issues and coordinates its resolution.
• Coordinates development of Project Management System deliverables as well as reviews
• Coordinates construction activities like cable tray work, impulse tubing, instrument installation , loop checking and turnover.
• Manage Management of Change process to ensure changes are appropriately reviewed, approved and documented.
• Human resources management, leading a team of contractor.
• Ensure quality of work as per standards.

Site Mechanical Engineering

1. 1. Establish the level and survey control for contracts

2. 2. Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis

3. 3. Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organizational and legal requirements

4. 4. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time during execution.

5. 5. Support site Planner for Weekly / Monthly look ahead in conjunction with the Site requirement.

6. Timely handover of works and Quality records without outstanding defects

7. Production of accurate records, drawing registers and weekly Reports.

8. Promote the HSSE Plan and establish safe working cultures and practices

9. Comply with company procedures and legal obligations

10. Verify and certification of the measurement for Contractor / Sub Contractor Joint measurement sheet.

11. Submission of Monthly Progress Bill to Client for Certification based on actual work completed.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E /Diploma ( Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation ) with relevant experience of 8 - 18 yrs.
