Job Description

As a Safety Supervisor at FMCG Company your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors within the company's premises. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed diligently by employees and contractors.

2. Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and potential risks. Take immediate corrective action when necessary.

3. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures, to prepare the workforce for potential emergencies.

4. Training: Organize and provide safety training programs for employees to increase awareness and compliance with safety measures.

5. Incident Reporting: Investigate and report all workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss situations. Recommend preventive measures and corrective actions.

6. Safety Equipment: Ensure that safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE), is available, properly maintained, and used correctly.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, inspections, and training.

8. Safety Communication: Promote a culture of safety by conducting safety meetings, disseminating safety-related information, and encouraging open communication about safety concerns.
