As a Senior Benefits Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Benefits Strategy services to all our clients. Collaborating closely with clients, you will provide expert insights and strategic recommendations on all aspects of benefits program design, helping them navigate major changes and achieve their objectives. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic and management consulting projects.

We will rely on you to:


Take full ownership and accountability for delivering comprehensive Benefits Strategy services to MMB clients.

Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement major changes in their benefits programmes.

Engage key stakeholders on a wide range of employee benefits, including Health, Risk, Pensions, Lifestyle, and Culture.

Provide expert insight and strategic recommendations on all aspects of the benefits program design.

Execute strategic and management consulting projects aligned with client requirements, utilising services such as benchmarking, workforce profiling, engagement, benefit alignment, DEI lens reviews, sustainability, market research, provider reviews etc.

Lead strategy workshops, roundtable sessions, and thought leadership discussions with clients and colleagues, providing valuable insights and facilitating strategic decision-making opportunities across all stakeholders.

Collaborate and present Benefits Strategy enablement sessions and wider updates in company town hall meetings, effectively communicating to a wide audience.

Prepare sales proposals, service schedules, and actively participate in sales pitches and client pre-sales meetings.

Collaborate with the team leader to enhance the Benefits Strategy proposition, drive revenue growth, and ensure proactive portfolio governance.

Support the team leader in developing and implementing the team's overall strategy and vision.

Assist the team leader in identifying business development opportunities to generate new bookings and revenue.

Mentor and provide guidance to the wider team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

Collaborate with the team leader to ensure effective team coordination, resource allocation, and project management.

Support the team leader in monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Benefits Strategy proposition, sharing insights and best practices with the team leader and the wider team.


What you need to have:


Relevant consulting business experience with comprehensive knowledge across all employee benefits and wider reward strategy.

Ability to deliver and drive strategy related conversations across all stakeholders at all levels.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.

Proven consulting and relationship management skills.

Solid technical, product, and process knowledge.

Achievement and sales-oriented mind-set.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to deliver in high-pressure and fast pace environments

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
