Production Tech I Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Production Tech I within our Gardner Cryogenics team located at Alburtis, PA facility.

Applicants for the Welder/ Fitter positions must be capable of producing quality welds in accordance with ASME requirements and operate with minimal supervision.


Required Skills / Abilities:

Must be able to climb ladders and steps and lift to 50 lbs.
Will be exposed to high noise levels.
Be able to work overtime as needed.
Elevated work required.
SMAW, GMAW, GTAW
Burning (oxy-acetylene and plasma)
Soldering (soft and silver)
Pipe fitting
Radiograph test for qualification.


Education and Licensing Requirements:

Welding
High School Diploma/GED.
Two years of operations experience in an industrial plant is preferred.
Military experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude required.
Must be a self-starter and willing to work alone.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Team player that is flexible and has a positive attitude.


Work Hours:

*****This position is an evening shift from 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm Monday- Friday with some overtime expected. *****
