About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Analyst, working as part of our practice areas of Strategy, Purpose & Organisational Performance. Analysts work closely with Associate Directors and a team of consultants to help clients identify and capture (purpose-led) growth opportunities.
They are expected to combine both right and left brain skills across engagements to enhance client deliverables and elevate the thinking. Analysts play an integral role in supporting all aspects of client engagements by conducting financial analysis, designing & analysing market research, synthesizing various data sets, translating data into consumer insights, creating client presentations, and preparing client workshops.


KEY DAY-TO-DAY OUTCOMES

Qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Data synthesis in Excel and other analysis tools
Workshop development and solution creation for training purposes, proposals, client deliverables, etc.
Written and verbal communication with clients, vendors and partners
Uses entrepreneurial spirit to grasp opportunities to make a difference in a growing and evolving business


CAPABILITIES

1-2 years of experience and strong academic/analytical/marketing background will be considered
Affinity for brands/ marketing is important
Must be currently located in the Netherlands and/or hold a valid employment permit to work in the Netherlands
Academic background with Bachelors or Masters degree preferred (in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, International Business or similar)
Proven strong business/brand acumen
Resourceful problem-solver with high sense of curiosity
Able to synthesize and interpret complex data to inform strategic recommendations
Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong work ethic with superior attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
