Looking for Finance Manager Position - Manufacturing Industry

Salary - 45,000 to 50,000 Gross Salary Per Month + 10,000 Variable Payment Per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Conduct a thorough financial analysis to determine the root cause of the losses. This might involve reviewing the companys financial statements, comparing the companys financial performance with that of its competitors, and conducting market research to understand industry trends.
2.Develop profit enhancement measures that identifies targets areas where the company can improve efficiencies and reduce its expenses. This might involve or finding more cost effective ways to produce goods and services or renegotiating contracts with suppliers.
3.Implement Financial controls to ensure that all expenditures are properly accounted for and that there is no waste or mismanagement of resources. This might involve improving the companys budgeting process, introducing stronger financial reporting systems, and conducting regular audits.
4.Budgeting and Forecasting: The Finance team is responsible for creating and maintaining the organizations budget and regularly updating it to reflect changes in revenue and expenses. This process involves forecasting future financial performance and making decisions about how to allocate resources (funds).
5.Risk Management: The Finance Team is responsible for identifying, evaluating and mitigating financial risks to the organization. This includes tasks such as monitoring changes in market conditions, implementing risk management strategies and conducting regular risk assessments.
