• Strong in closing lateral and senior mandates
• Strong record of quality closures
• Bulk Hiring recruiters may not be preferred
• Doesn't depend on Job boards but have past experience of closing mandates through alternative channels
• Independent and strong on timely closures'
• People with career breaks can also apply
• Headhunters/ Networking recruiters can apply

Commission basis role and received by the freelancer once the candidate joins
