With double digit sales growth, they have a challenging opportunity for a staff refrigeration engineer who has the interest and potential in growing with them.If you have a refrigeration engineering background along with an interest in leading projects, I'd love to connect to discuss how this "cool" staff refrigeration engineering opportunity could take your career to the next level.Client Overview A leading designer, manufacturer, and servicer of engineered-to-order (ETO) process equipment and systems For more than 50 years, this privately-held manufacturer has met customer needs by offering both custom designed and standard industrial process solutions Growing a worldwide customer base in a wide range of industries including lasers, heat treatment, plastics, food processing, die casting, optical coatings, printing, and anodizing As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, committed to meeting customer needs by providing high quality systems backed by responsive customer service Position Overview Responsible for assisting with the design and development of industrial process fluid cooling equipment and systems Create bill of materials and maintain internal product configurations Provide Bills of materials, drawings, and related notes to production to release manufacturing jobs Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis for new and existing products Develop and implement test plans, evaluations methods and support tools as needed On an ongoing basis, provide technical support to engineering as well as to sales, service and purchasing departments To assist the sales team in the quotation process, provide cost estimates for custom design features Participate in and implement continuous cost reduction and product improvement plans Work cross-functionally as well as with customers and suppliers to accomplish objectives Candidate Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering required More than 10 years engineering experience ideally with more than 3 years design experience of industrial refrigeration or HVAC systems Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and mechanical structure design Experience with machine design, component layout, structural and sheet metal design, welding, and piping systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions.Be assured that resumes will be kept strictly confidential until we speak about a specific opportunity and agree to send it to a client of ours.
