Our practice boasts an impressive team of 12 Anesthesiologists, 23 CRNAs/CAAs, and 24 Anesthesia Residents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment for growth and success. We take pride in our Medical Direction Care Team model and have received recognition for our award-winning programs in cardiovascular, orthopedic, and stroke care, achieving Leapfrog A rating.
Practice Details:
Be part of a prestigious teaching hospital
Approximately 13,000 anesthesia cases annually
20 anesthetizing sites
Case mix includes various specialties, such as General, Trauma, Peds, Cardiac, and more
Balanced, lifestyle practice with variable shift coverage
No call responsibility for general positions
Overlapping shifts for 24-hour in-house coverage
Weekends covered by dedicated anesthesiologists
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $200k - $230k (DOE)
$45,000 sign-on bonus
$15,000 retention bonus after year one
Call pay and unscheduled day compensation
Premium pay for hours worked over 80 in a pay period
